Sound Trek: Journey of Sound

Drop into the BioLab, presented by Children’s Health, for the newest hands-on activity starting March 3. In conjunction with World Hearing Day, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science has collaborated with Lucid Hearing to create a new experiment in which guests will explore sound and how our bodies react to it.

‘Sound Trek: Journey of Sound’ will allow participants to investigate how to define sounds, visualize how we hear, explore the function of the ear, and learn about the importance of hearing protection.

I See Sound: Ever wondered if you can actually see sound? Get ready to find out how we visualize this phenomenon.I Know My Ears: Strap in for an educational joyride through the twists and turns of your ears! Learn how sound navigates its way through your ear canals to create the noises you hear every day.I Protect My Ears: Learn how to protect your ears by testing out different decibel levels.

Don’t miss out on this epic journey into the world of sound! Join us at the Bio Lab and let's make some noise (safely) together.
