From Australia’s celebrity chef Johnny Di Francesco, 400 Gradi offers over 15 Neapolitan pizza combinations, from the classic Margherita Verace to standouts such as the popular Suprema pizza in bianco, with fior di latte, pumpkin, arugula, pine nuts, and goat cheese, and the Quattro Formaggi in bianco with fior di latte, grana Padano, and Emmental. The pizza dough and toppings at 400 Gradi are authentically prepared according to strict Neapolitan standards. Brunch service on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. features delicious menu items such as hazelnut French toast, steak and eggs, and avocado Hollandaise eggs benedict. Pastas, bread, stocks, and sauces are all house-made and include the popular Gnocchi di Luigi, served with Napoli and ricotta, and the Spaghettini al Granchio with cherry tomato, zucchini, crab meat, lobster bisque, and chilis.
