The pizza dough and toppings at 400 Gradi are authentically prepared according to strict Neapolitan standards. Brunch service on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. features delicious menu items such as hazelnut French toast, steak and eggs, and avocado Hollandaise eggs benedict. Pastas, bread, stocks, and sauces are all house-made and include the popular Gnocchi di Luigi, served with Napoli and ricotta, and the Spaghettini al Granchio with cherry tomato, zucchini, crab meat, lobster bisque, and chilis.
