The Crow Collection is a museum dedicated to the arts of China, India, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. The Crow Collection of Asian Art is nestled like a small jewel in downtown Dallas, offering visitors a glimpse of a world possessing serene beauty and tranquility in the heart of the bustling city. The museum features a variety of spaces and multiple galleries focused on the arts of China, India, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia drawn from cultures, both ancient and contemporary. Just 16 years in operation, this lovingly curated, always-free museum offers a calm setting for quiet reflection and learning in the Dallas Arts District. The museum offers exhibitions from its permanent collection, as well as rotating touring exhibitions, Asian Art Now lectures, community events, festivals, and wellness opportunities each day of the week.
For the culturally curious, the Crow Collection offers many ways to experience Asia for all ages. On first Saturdays monthly, AdventureAsia programs are developed with young artists in mind, and include family days with art, theater, music and cultural experiences that bring the authentic colors and flavors of Asia to Dallas. Annual festivals such as Otsukimi, Chinese New Year and the Asian festival embrace our growing Asian community in North Texas, presenting the very best of food, dance, music, and art, adding an international spirit to the Dallas Arts District.
